Flo has been helping families come home to The Woodlands since 1975. She helped open the first Century 21 franchise in Montgomery County. By 1986, Flo had grown the firm to 55 agents and Century 21 Gold Country was the largest real estate firm in Montgomery County. Flo sold the company to Memll Lynch Realty that year in order to have more time for the individual needs of her clients and her fanily. In 1995 Flo joined the highly successfull team of RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring and has consistently been in the top 1% of RE/MAX agents. Perhaps her greatest accomplislnnent is being acknowledged by The Houston Business Journal as one of the top 25 agents in the Houston Metro area for the past 12 years, based on total closed transactions.

Flo Newman has participated in every step of the way as new villages have opened and flourished. Along with a reputation of integrity, experience, hard work and market knowledge, Flo is known for her sincere love of The Woodlands and it's surrounding communities. Flo is quick to point out that the dynamic growth of this area is directly the result of very professional and focused actions on the part of the Woodlands Development Company.
Flo attributes much of her success to her peers at RE/MAX as well as other agencies. My peers are the only constants in this business, and they deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity as my clients. They have listings that I can sell, and they have buyers for my listings. In this business relationships with your peers are critical because we all need each other. I take pride in knowing other agents respect me and enjoy working a transaction together.
Flo also believes that much of her success comes from really listening to her clients. "I ask a lot of questions because I really want to know about them both as clients and as people. Real Estate is not just about a piece of property, it's about a huge financial investment that will be someone's home. It is important that I connect with each of my clients so they know they can trust me to help them make good choices. It really doesn't matter if they are buying or selling, we have systems in place that support my goal of going above and beyond the ordinary level of service. Constant communication and handling all of the details to eliminate the hassles and frustrations around the process leaves my clients free to enjoy the excitement of moving."
Flo and her husband of 41 years, Spruce have raised 4 children in the Woodlands. They have ten grandchildren as well - all but 2 of them live in The Woodlands. Flo and her family are active members of First Baptist Church. They enjoy boating, golf and travel. "Our family loves the lifestyle here and I am looking forward to introducing you to The Woodlands as well."

Dianne has been in the real estate field as an Administrative Assistant for over 20 years. She has a thorough knowledge of the process of each transaction from start to finish. Dianne works with buyer's agents, selling agents, title companies, appraisers, inspectors and all aspects of the contract to ensure a smooth and easy transaction.
